 Professor of Physical Chemistry with almost of 20 years teaching experience & specific work interest in enhancing education & conducting research & managing scientific projects (National and International) more than 30 projects with total budget around 3 million JD  Former General Director of Scientific Research Support Fund (SRF), Ministry of Higher Education& Scientific Research (MoHE)  Published more than 75 high quality papers in high standard international journals & conferences  Oriented Leader: acted as dean for the Deanship of Academic Research (DAR) & director for a research center (HMCSR) in UJ, restructuring the center & deanship, relocating its objectives and responsibilities & initiating some mega projects as well as research groups (Nanotechnology Research Group & Management of Solid Waste Research group (through classification and recycling projects)  Advisor and Scientific Manager for establishing Materials Research Labs, Animal Research Labs. & the Restoration of Manuscripts & Rare Documents Lab. all inside UJ  Professional & Academic Responsibility through appointed as Lear & Liaison & TTO officer in addition to legal representative for SAM & EU Participant Portal  Moderator or Participant in many trainings Professional Training & Workshop in Jordan or abroad  Travelling to more than 40 countries for chairing, lecturing, attending, or moderating for congress, conference, symposium, meeting or workshop through funded projects or scientific networking  Social society: Member of Jordanian HEREs, former President of the Jordanian Chemical Society (JCS) & Former Vice Chairwoman for Association of Jordanian Women Academics & former member of the Board of Trustees for (PSUT)
