Professor of Archaeology at AUB since 2001. PhD from the University of Tuebingen 1984. Specializes in the archaeology of the Levant, mainly the Iron Age, and in northwest Semitic epigraphy. Co-director of the Beirut 020, Tell el-Burak and Tell Kubba projects.
