Faris Nadhmi

Dr. Faris Nadhmi is a Social Psychologist, writer and university assistant professor. He is the president of the Iraqi Association for Political Psychology. He is a member of the International Society of Political Psychology and of the American Psychological Association. He taught Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Political Psychology, Psychology of Religion and Psychological Statistics in several Iraqi universities including Baghdad University, Salahaddin University and Babel college for philosophy and theology. Dr. Nadhmi had published 15 researches in scientific journals, and participated in more than 80 scientific and cultural events. He published 6 books. His current research interests focus on the psychology of protest, national identity, deprivation, social justice, social trust, political corruption and political Islamization.
