Stéphane Bazan (CEO TomKeen – Lebanon) is a lecturer at Beirut’s Saint-Joseph University. He teaches Web Culture in various faculties (Economics, Engineering, Political Science) and created the Web Science and Digital Economy Master Program. He’s a Web education evangelist, an Open Data activist at ISOC and an active participant in the W3C’s Web Education Group.
