Magid Shihade is an Assistant Professor at Bizeit University. His work is focused on the socio-cultural history of a village in Galilee as a way to engage with rural Palestinian history. His research interests also include violence, modernity, settler colonialism, Ibn Khaldun, and decolonization. He has published a book, edited a journal issue, and published articles and book chapters on these topics.
