Bio: Dr. Sally Temraz is a Hematologist and an Oncologist in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the American University of Beirut Medical Center/Naef K. Basile Cancer Institute. Her main interests and subspecialty is in Gastro-intestinal and Genitourinary Oncology as well as thrombosis in Cancer patients. She has more than 50 publications in peer reviewed medical journals and is actively involved in teaching medical students in the Medical school at the American University of Beirut. She participated in establishing the guidelines for the management for Gastro-intestinal malignancies that was adopted by the ministry of Public Health. she is also highly active in awareness campaigns and delivering educational activities within the Lebanese community.
Dr. Sally Temraz has participated in national and international Scientific meetings for educating Oncologists in the field of Gastro intestinal and Genitourinary as well as in the field of Cancer and Thrombosis.
