Bio: I received my PhD in bioinformatics, Structural Biology and Genomics from the university de la Mediterranée in Marseille, France where I studied the architecture and logic of regulatory regions under the supervision of Dr. Patrick Lemaire. I then pursued my postdoctoral training at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), under the supervision of Dr. Eileen Furlong, where I optimized and applied cutting edge Next Generation Sequencing applications (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and DNase-seq) to study the evolution of regulatory regions.
Following my postdoctoral training, I joined Cellzome, a GlaxoSmithKline company, were I led a genomics project working on cancer biology and was heavily implicated in optimizing protocols and conditions. I am interested in regulatory regions analysis in both developmental and diseases including cancer systems. I am an EMBO fellow and a member of the Marie-Curie alumni association.
